Free Career Test View PlansIndia has over 500 million Hindi speakers, and the majority of students in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Uttarakhand study primarily in Hindi-medium schools. Yet most career guidance tools and counselling services are available only in English, creating a significant access gap.
Hindi-medium students face the same career decisions as their English-medium peers — stream selection after Class 10, degree selection after Class 12, competitive exam preparation — but often lack access to quality career assessment tools. Many rely solely on teacher advice or family expectations, neither of which provides the objective psychometric data needed for informed career planning.
Career Compass addresses this gap by providing Hindi career reports for paid tiers. The assessment covers 20 career families using the based on established psychometric frameworks DISHA Framework, and results are available in Hindi so students and parents can review career guidance in the language they are most comfortable with.
